Marie Osmond`s son died not because of drugs
Michael Blosil, 18, jumped to his death from his eighth-floor Los Angeles apartment on February 26. The official coroner`s report has now been released, including the results of toxicology tests that prove Michael had no drugs in his system when he died.
The report also revealed Michael had been suffering from depression due to "bad school grades and a visit from a former girlfriend". He was so unhappy he had tried to kill himself three times previously, his friend and neighbour Ruthann Clawson revealed.
The contents of Michael`s suicide note were also included in the report. The paperwork said the short missive "outlined his unhappiness with his life and his intent to kill himself".
The note was discovered by Clawson after she received a series of texts from the troubled teen saying he "felt like sh*t" and would be "home soon". Clawson told the coroner she got a final text telling her about the note seconds before she heard sirens and saw Michael`s body lying on the pavement.
Michael is one of Marie`s eight children. He was laid to rest in a large family funeral in Provo, Utah, in March.
